Thrust washers rated to 16000rpm and dynamic load capacity of 7.2kN (1620 lbf). Precision laser cut idler plates. Case hardened and ground idler shafts to improve bearing life. Shot peened gears to relieve stress. Shaved gears for more accurate gear mesh. CNC machined for greatest accuracy.
